Like you, we are vacation rental home owners but we also have considerable experience with webhosting / design – this means we understand your business and what you need to compete.

 

Our market is the “on-line” market !!  People will look at your website and make a decision – most of the time you don’t get a second chance and generating your own bookings is very important.

The Internet provides a lot of opportunities to get rental leads but your holiday villa has to be shown in the best possible way.

What do we need to build your Website?

 

Please let us know the name you want for your website, for example www.orlandocircle.com

This “domain name” has to be unique, it’s not possible for two websites to have the same name.

When you tell us the name, we will check to see if it is available. If not, we will provide you with some similar options from which to choose.

 

Choose one of our Packages. Please take a look at the Small, Medium and Large templates that we have to offer.

Each template is available in a choice of three colours, RED, BLUE and GREY.

We can also create custom made websites incorporating FLASH effects.

 

We also need

A full list of images for your vacation rental home

Telephone numbers and contact details.

Descriptions for your rental home – in addition to the basic information (no of bedrooms, bathrooms etc) don’t forget to include any special features, details of it’s location, etc.

 

Payment Terms

We require a 50% down payment, the balance is due on completion of your website.

Please note: Your website will not go live on the Word Wide Web until payment has been received in full.

Your web site will be hosted FREE for 1 year and we will notify you when it is due for renewal.

 

All correspondence must be done by e-mail so we can accurately record all of your information when creating your new vacation rental website.
